ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Preparing the construction schedule and budgets, in consultation with the Architects considering the desired timelines.
• Handling Project manager & Site Engineer, to ensure execution of construction activities to be duly completed within set timelines.
• Conducting daily and weekly ZOOM meeting with all reporting managers and discussing project progress.
• Frequently visiting all the sites and checking quality and safety of the work and report to the Management.
• Procuring materials based on project progress without any interruption in the supply chain.
  Conduct surprise inventory audits both at warehouse and construction site to reduce loss by pilferage.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement in project output keeping in view the complete project plan.
• Coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects and key team members for smooth delivery of the project.
• Negotiating with external vendors on contract agreements.
• Update the project status report at desired intervals and submit to Management for review.

and was involved in Three Major Projects:
