Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Interior & Finishing Work Specialist to oversee and execute high-quality finishing and interior work for renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling work, carpentry, and other decorative finishing elements. They should ensure that all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and within the set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execution of Interior & Finishing Works:
•Perform plastering, putty application, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling work, carpentry, and wall paneling as per project requirements.
•Install and finish decorative elements such as moldings, wall claddings, skirting, and other design features.
2. Quality Control & Compliance:
* Ensure high-quality finishes that meet architectural and design standards.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain work accuracy and rectify any defects.
* Adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and company quality control policies.
3. Material Management & Coordination:
* Work with project managers, architects, and designers to understand material specifications and finishing details.
* Ensure proper selection and use of finishing materials such as paints, wallpapers, wood, laminates, tiles, and other decorative materials.
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely material procurement and delivery.
4. Project Execution & Timelines:
* Plan and execute finishing work within the given project timeline and budget.
* Manage work schedules to ensure timely completion of renovation tasks.
* Address any on-site challenges related to finishing works and resolve them efficiently.
5. Team Coordination & Supervision:
* Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and other workers involved in finishing tasks.
* Provide guidance on the correct application of finishing materials and techniques.
* Conduct regular site meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
6. Client Interaction & Reporting:
* Work closely with clients to ensure their design vision is implemented correctly.
* Provide progress updates and address client concerns regarding finishing details.
* Prepare and submit reports on work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.

Education: Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
